Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our grading services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
REX Grading Services provides professional TCG card grading, encapsulation, and authentication services. We offer three service tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold, each with different turnaround times and features.
Submission Process
When you submit cards for grading, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the cards being submitted
- Ensure all cards are your property or you have authorisation to submit them
- Package cards securely for shipping
- Pay the applicable grading fees at the time of submission
Grading Standards
Our grading is conducted by trained professionals using standardised criteria. Grades are final and represent our expert assessment at the time of grading. While we strive for consistency, grading involves professional judgement and minor variations may occur.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include insured return shipping within the UK. Payment is required at the time of submission. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
The minimum order value is £30. Bulk pricing is available for submissions of 20 or more cards — contact us for details.
Shipping and Delivery
We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. Gold tier submissions are returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. All shipments are fully insured. REX Grading is not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your cards, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the grading fee paid for the relevant submission. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to submitted cards
- Delays beyond our reasonable control
- Loss or damage caused by the shipping provider (covered by shipping insurance)
- Any indirect or consequential losses
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of REX Grading Services and is protected by copyright law.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about our services, please contact us at rexgrading@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
